Cook Outback - Recipes from an expert chef for Australians!

Hey Aussies & World Chefs!

I’m Linda D’Angelo, a chef who has journeyed from the bustling kitchens of London to the vast and inspiring landscapes of rural Australia.

Born in the UK, I moved to Perth WA in my mid-twenties. My love for the Outback and its unique culinary delights began during a road trip around Australia with my dog. My history was made, and I spent the next 12 years living and working as a chef in the Outback.

Now back in Perth, I have created this website to share my experience of cooking (mostly with a slow cooker!) along with tips and advice to help you get the most from cooking at home.

On this website you’ll find a blend of traditional Outback recipes combined with modern slow-cooker meals, perfect for both urban and rural kitchens!
