1 – 2 tablespoons chili powder
1 tablespoon onion flakes
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon cumin
½ teaspoon allspice
¼ teaspoon garlic salt
¼ teaspoon red pepper
1 ½ tablespoons vinegar
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 can kidney beans (undrained)
1 can tomato paste
1 cup water
Cooking steps
- Brown beef in a skillet, drain off excess fat.
- Put browned meat into an electric cooker.
- Add remaining ingredients, stir.
- Cover and cook on Low 6 -8 hours.
