Stewed Rhubarb and Strawberries in a Slow Cooker

A comforting classic and super simple – only 3 ingredients!

Rhubarb and strawberries, a delightful pairing, create the perfect dessert when stewed together 🍓

Another one of my Grandma’s traditional recipes, but with the convenience of a slow cooker. The combination of tart rhubarb and sweet strawberries is a comforting treat that brings warmth to an Melbourne winter’s day!

The great thing about stewed rhubarb and strawberries is it’s very versatile.

Serve this delicious dessert with custard or ice cream for a truly indulgent experience.

Enjoy!
